What to Expect
No two tasting weekends are alike.
Each weekend tasting will feature wines masterfully selected by Souther French wine expert, Nicolas Martin of A Wine Affair.
Weekends throughout the year will feature different themes. Stay tuned for a late spring Rose exploration and an autumnal discovery in preparation for the winter holidays.
Just as each tasting weekend features different themes, the paired cheeses and tastes also feature different and exciting flavors and textures.
Cheeses and charcuterie are hand selected and presented by the experts of Oh La Vache!
Your hour and a half session is expertly guided by the professionals involved in curating and sourcing each flavor.
Five, sometimes six or more, wines are presented. Many of these with accompanying stories about the winemakers, the region, and specific aspects of terroir.
Our very own Nick is from the region and is known to share a tale or two that that almost always enriches our experiences.
